LUCJA (FRANCISZKA) SAMBORSKA On June 9, 2007, at Seven Oaks Hospital, Frania Samborska, beloved Mother, passed away at the age of 87 years. She leaves to mourn her daughters, Maria (Jan) Staszak and Malgorzata (Boleslaw) Jedryczko; son Jan (Malgorzata) Samborski; nine grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, her sister Magdalena Reczuch; brother Kazimierz (Alicja) Zawislak and their families. She was predeceased by her husband Stanislaw, and daughter Teresa. Frania was born in Sokolniki, Poland. She came to Canada in 1992 to be with her family and to help raise her granddaughters. Frania was a very strong, caring, and religious person who will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank all those who took part in her care. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, June 13 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated on Thursday, June 14 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave., with an Oblate Father presiding. Interment at Holy Ghost Cemetery will follow. If friends so desire, donations in Frania's memory may be made to the Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
